The Library space is lined with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves filled with antique volumes and ornate gold paintwork. The space exudes timeless sophistication with its rich cream wood panelling and plush ochre furnishings. Above the fireplace hangs a striking portrait of the Castle’s famous owner, Lady Baillie, and her two daughters, painted in the 1940s. The Library can be used for small meetings or as an ante room to the main Dining Room.
